Unit Pantauan Training Malaysia is a private subscription service for Malaysia training intelligence. We are not affiliated with ASEAN, the ASEAN Secretariat, HRD Corp, any ministry, or any government agency.

Personal Data We Collect

We collect name, company, email address, Malaysian contact number, password hash, account status, payment reference, billing status, and service-use records needed to run the member service.

Why We Use It

To create and approve member accounts.
To confirm Stripe payment and subscription status.
To provide member-only reports, dashboard access, support, and Telegram access.
To secure the service, investigate abuse, and keep audit records.

Processors and Sharing

We use service providers such as Stripe for payment processing, Telegram for member notifications, and hosting or infrastructure providers for operating the site. We do not sell member personal data.

Cookies

After login, the site uses an httpOnly session cookie to keep members signed in. The cookie is marked SameSite=Strict and is not readable by page JavaScript.

Retention

We keep account and billing records while the account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation to handle security, support, tax, audit, and dispute needs.
