Terms of Service

Unit Pantauan Training Malaysia is a private, independent information service. We are not affiliated with ASEAN, the ASEAN Secretariat, HRD Corp, any ministry, or any government agency.

Service

The service provides member-only Malaysia training intelligence reports covering HRD Corp, TVET, funding, procurement, policy, events, and market signals. Reports are informational and are not legal, tax, procurement, or official government advice.

Subscription and Approval

Paid plans are RM10 per month or RM100 per year. Stripe processes payment, and account access is approved automatically after Stripe confirms a successful subscription payment. If access is delayed after payment, contact admin@hrdcorptrainer.com.

Member Responsibilities

Use one account for one member or organisation seat unless we agree otherwise.
Keep login details private and tell us promptly if you suspect account misuse.
Verify source links before making grant, tender, regulatory, or commercial decisions.
Do not resell, scrape, republish, or redistribute member reports without written permission.

Availability and Changes

We aim to publish the daily report before 8:00 AM Malaysia time and update before 6:00 PM where material changes exist, but source access, official-site downtime, public holidays, or technical issues may affect timing.

Account Suspension

We may suspend access for unpaid subscriptions, abusive use, account sharing that exceeds the agreed scope, security risk, or breach of these terms.
